Fastenal sales declined in May
Fastenal posted sales of $477.2 million in May, a 3.2 percent decline from $493.2 million in the same month last year.
Daily sales of $23.9 million compared to $24.7 million in May 2020.
Safety product sales declined by 44 percent compared to May 2020, when sales of PPE items were inflated as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
