E Tech Group names new CFO
E Tech Group, a provider of industrial automation and control systems integration, has appointed Karla Lunan as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
In her new role, Lunan will oversee both the finance and human resources teams. Lunan succeeds Sharon Koenig, who is retiring after a distinguished tenure and will remain with the company through July 3 to ensure a smooth transition.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning finance, human resources, and IT, Lunan brings a proven track record across industries such as energy, construction, and manufacturing. She has held senior leadership roles at both private and publicly traded companies, including The Tile Shop, MasTec, and Trueline Infrastructure Solutions. Her background includes leading large-scale financial operations, managing mergers and acquisitions, implementing ERP systems, and guiding enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
“Karla’s deep expertise in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and enterprise transformation will be an incredible asset as we continue to grow and evolve,” said CEO Matt Wise. “She will play a key role in helping E Tech Group scale globally and advance our capabilities in cybersecurity and business intelligence. Beyond her impressive professional accomplishments, Karla’s collaborative leadership style, focus on continuous improvement, and strong work ethic make her an outstanding fit for our culture.”
“I’m truly excited to get to know the team and the people of E Tech Group,” said Lunan. “My vision for finance and HR is to evolve them into trusted business partners—teams that leaders proactively turn to for insight and support. Numbers can be complex, but they tell a story. When we understand that story, we can make smarter, faster decisions. I’m committed to ensuring finance and HR play a strategic role in driving the business forward.”
