BlackHawk Industrial names new CFO

BlackHawk Industrial has appointed John Arends as chief financial officer. Arends steps into this role as a part of BlackHawk’s ongoing effort to align leadership with its customer-first vision and operational priorities.

As CFO, Arends will lead BlackHawk’s financial operations and strategy, ensuring seamless integration of business functions and support for initiatives that enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction. His nearly three decades of financial and operational leadership include roles at Deloitte, Delphi Automotive, Dayco, and most recently, Pangea Made. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
