Spherea to acquire Konrad's US subsidiary

Spherea, a manufacturer of high-end electronic and automated test solutions for aerospace, defense, and other safety-critical industries, announced it will acquire the U.S. subsidiary of Konrad Group.


Konrad GmbH and Spherea Group have entered into an agreement for Spherea to buy the U.S. subsidiary of Konrad Group, Konrad Technology US, formerly known as VI Engineering.

Based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, the organization is a provider of engineering and integration services for automated test equipment, serving the defense, automotive, consumer products, and medical industries.

The transaction is expected to close over the summer, pending standard regulatory approvals.
