Lawless Group acquires interest in Building Connections
The Lawless Group (TLG) has acquired an interest in Building Connections (BC) headquartered in Addison, Illinois.
Dan Gilligan and Jeff Warmolts, who founded BC in 2003, will continue to lead the business.
As part of the transaction and overall value creation, TLG and BC have agreed to a longterm partnership. BC will transition to the TLG brand as Lawless Group Midwest, which will serve llinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
TLG now serves 25 states with a cross-country warehouse network. This will include the addition of a TLG Chicago area warehouse and distribution center with classroom and dedicated hands-on training areas.
