Kimball Midwest named 'One of Best Companies to Sell For'
Kimball Midwest, a national industrial supplier based in Columbus, has earned its ninth straight appearance on an annual list of best companies to sell for.
Kimball Midwest is listed among Selling Power magazine’s "60 Best Companies to Sell For in 2025," which was released this week and will be published in the July/August issue of Selling Power magazine.
“In the tumultuous business environment of 2025, the "60 Best Companies to Sell For" have demonstrated remarkable success and growth by elevating their sales teams to new heights,” Selling Power Publisher Gerhard Gschwandtner said. “These companies have invested in comprehensive training programs, cutting-edge tools and supportive work environments that empower their sales professionals to excel. Selling Power’s research team created a thorough application where they gathered data across five key areas:
- Company overview
- Compensation and benefits
- Hiring, sales training and sales enablement
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion
- AI incorporation into improving sales processes and supporting sales teams
Companies of various sizes were analyzed in each of the categories to determine the final list. The methodology is the product of years of research that Selling Power continues to revise and refine each year.
The 2025 list was not ranked, but Kimball Midwest placed as high as 19th among hundreds of applicants in previous years when the list was ranked.
