Rockwell Automation sales climbed 32.6 percent
Rockwell Automation reported third-quarter sales of $1.8 billion were up 32.6 percent from $1.4 billion in the same period last year.
Organic sales up 26.4 percent.
Net income of $271.3 million, or $2.32 per share, compared to $317.8 million, or $2.73, in the third quarter of fiscal 2020. The decline was primarily due to lower fair-value gains in fiscal 2021 versus fiscal 2020 in connection with the company's investment in PTC.
Intelligent Devices third quarter fiscal 2021 sales were $882.9 million, an increase of 33.8 percent compared to $659.9 million in the same period last year
Software & Control third quarter fiscal 2021 sales were $509.6 million, an increase of 39.7 percent compared to $364.7 million in the same period last year.
Lifecycle Services third quarter fiscal 2021 sales were $455.7 million, a increase of 23.4 percent compared to $369.4 million in the same period last year.
