ISA promotes Joby Strobo to VP development, marketing
The Industrial Supply Association (ISA) announces Joby Strobo has been promoted to vice president of development and marketing, effective August 15.
Strobo has been a valued leader at ISA since early 2022, most recently serving as senior director of business development.
Over the years, she has built strong connections with members, created new partnerships, and brought creative ideas to life that have helped ISA grow and better serve the industrial supply channel. This promotion reflects her contributions and positions ISA to deepen its engagement with members while expanding the value the association delivers.
In her new role, Joby will guide ISA’s development and marketing efforts, uniting business development, sales, and marketing into one collaborative function. Her focus will be on making ISA’s programs, events, and resources more accessible, impactful, and aligned with the needs of members and partners.
She will also continue to champion the Women in Industry Network, working closely with its volunteer leaders to deliver meaningful programs, foster valuable connections, and provide professional growth opportunities for women across the industrial supply channel.
“Joby’s promotion is a win for ISA and for our members,” said CEO Brendan Breen. “She has an incredible ability to connect with people and turn ideas into action. Under her leadership, our development and marketing efforts will be even more focused on creating value and helping our members succeed.”
“I’m truly honored to take on this role,” Joby said. “The ISA community is full of passionate, innovative people, and I’m looking forward to working together to open new doors for connection, learning, and growth.”
