Haggard & Stocking buys MRO SUPPLY
Haggard & Stocking, a provider of industrial supplies and services since 1972, has entered into an agreement to acquire the operations of MRO SUPPLY LLC, specialist in fasteners and general industrial MRO supplies.
While the final closing is expected soon, Haggard & Stocking has already contracted to lease and operate MRO SUPPLY LLC during the transition. This approach ensures uninterrupted service and sets the stage for immediate positive improvements.
The companies say MRO SUPPLY LLC has built a strong reputation in its niche – Haggard & Stocking says it will add expanded resources and product offerings to provide customers with an even greater level of support.

said CEO Herbert Haggard.
While Haggard & Stocking offers a broad portfolio of industrial solutions, the company says the priority in the acquisition is to preserve and strengthen MRO SUPPLY LLC’s capabilities while introducing the added benefits of a larger organization.
