BSC Industries buys Warren Pike
BSC Industries, owned by a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired Warren Pike from Jim Gibney and J.G. Industries Inc.
Warren Pike is an independent distributor of power transmission, motion control, fluid power and bearings in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Gibney will stay with the company in a senior sales advisor role and employees will retain their positions. The distributor was founded in 1972 and serves OEM and MRO customers in a range of industries as
