PIP Global appoints new COO

Protective Industrial Products announced the appointment of Thomas C. Fry to the position of chief operating officer.


Tom FryHe will report directly to Joe Milot Sr., president and CEO of PIP Global.

In this new role, Fry will have direct responsibility for sourcing and procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, information technology, human resources and order management. He will also focus his efforts on providing leadership and process improvement to drive accelerated organic growth and acquisition initiatives, as well as converging markets and global expansion.

“PIP is definitely an American success story,” said Fry. “Its amazing growth path and focus on the customer experience is what attracted me to join this incredible team. I’m truly excited to help continue this trend by bringing my experience and best practices to the executive team.”

Prior to joining PIP, Fry held executive-level operating roles with multiple organizations spanning from industrial filtration equipment to high-volume consumable products. Since 2010, Fry held key positions with Danaher Corporation.

Fry earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California.
