Fastenal August sales climb 14.2 percent
Fastenal posted sales of $531.0 million in August, a 14.2 percent gain from $465.2 million in August 2020.
Daily sales of $24.1 million grew by 9 percent from $22.1 million in the same month last year.
Sales to manufacturing customers grew by 19.7 percent, while sales to non-residential construction customers improved by 10.1 percent.
Fastener sales increased by 18.9 percent during August, while sales of safety products declined by 3.8 percent.
