Hultafors Group acquires Martinez Tool
Hultafors Group AB of Gothenburg, Sweden, has acquired the Martinez Tool Co.
Founded in 2015 and based in Merced, California, Martinez Tool Co. is a tool company that has grown rapidly through specializing in made-in-the-USA premium tools for the professional tradesman. Martinez Tool Co.'s most recognized products are customizable high-quality titanium hammers marketed direct to the consumer on the Martinez Tool Co. webpage and through a select number of domestic and international dealers.
