Triad Technologies acquires Day Fluid Power
Triad Technologies, an Ohio-based distributor of fluid power and automation products, has acquired Day Fluid Power of Goshen, Indiana.
Day Fluid Power is an authorized distributor of Parker Hannifin fluid connector and pneumatic products and operates one ParkerStore location. It has served regional customers for over 63 years.
“We are pleased to welcome Mitch Day and his team to the growing Triad family,” said Doug Wissman, president and chief executive officer of Triad. “Day Fluid Power is well respected in the marketplace. Their culture and their commitment to customer service perfectly align with our own strategy.” He said the acquisition expands Triad's geographic footprint and makes the Goshen location Triad's twenty-first ParkerStore.
