Valin Corp. acquires Jensen Instrument
Valin Corporation has acquired Azusa, California-based Jensen Instrument Co.
The acquisition bolsters Valin's process control and fluid handling product portfolio in Southern California and Nevada, the company said..

Established in 1925, Jensen Instrument Co. specializes in instrumentation and control products for flow, pressure, temperature, and level requirements.
