Pandemic Revenue Index shows 2.6 percent gain
Indian River Consulting Group’s weekly Pandemic Revenue Index for the work week of Oct.12-16 indicated a 2.6 percent increase compared with the same week a year ago.
Excluding the week of Labor Day where four selling days in 2020 were compared to five in 2019, with three small exceptions, business has generally been increasing since late July.
IRCG’s distributor Pandemic Revenue Index gives distributors a weekly quantified view into how other distributors in the industry are faring as the global COVID-19 pandemic progresses.
“Seven companies reported increases that ranged from 3 percent to 26 percent. Of the six companies that saw decreases, the range was from 5 percent to 19 percent, so there is still a fair amount of variance among the participants,” said Mike Emerson, IRCG partner.
