Moule named president of Barnes Industrial
Barnes Group Inc. announced the appointment of Stephen Moule to the position of senior vice president, Barnes Group Inc. and president, Barnes Industrial, effective immediately.

He has a reputation for building and cultivating high performance teams and leading with an operating system mindset that accelerates performance and drives growth,” said Patrick J. Dempsey, president and chief executive officer, Barnes Group Inc. “I am excited to have Stephen as a key member of our senior leadership team and expect him to have an immediate, positive impact on the business, helping us capitalize on the opportunities to drive long-term, profitable growth.”
Before joining Barnes Group, Moule was president, Americas at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a $1.1B operating unit within the Fortive Corporation. Moule joined Gilbarco Veeder-Root in 2007 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility including president, North America, as well as managing director, United Kingdom; managing director, Europe; president Europe & CIS; and president, Europe, Middle East & Africa, all based in London, England.
Moule holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Kingston University in London, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Sydney in Sydney, Australia.
