BlackHawk Industrial taps two new sales managers 

BlackHawk Industrial, a distributor of metalworking and other mission-critical industrial products, has appointed Jay Dykstra and Chad Patterson as sales managers for the Lake Michigan region.

Dykstra is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of sales management experience and brings expertise from the manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and heavy equipment industries. As a former business owner, he thrives on tackling complex customer challenges with innovative solutions. His entrepreneurial spirit and proven leadership will energize the Lake Michigan region team, driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer success.

Joining Dykstra is Chad Patterson, a respected sales leader with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and distribution markets. Patterson has a proven track record of helping customers in the automotive, mold and die, aerospace, and fabrication sectors. He joined BlackHawk Industrial as part of the company's acquisition of Alro Industrial Supply, where he spent 17 years excelling in distribution services. Patterson’s extensive knowledge and customer-first approach ensure a seamless transition for Alro customers, who can continue to expect the same exceptional service and capabilities now under the BlackHawk Industrial banner. His leadership will be pivotal as BlackHawk expands its footprint and accelerates growth in the region.
