Fastenal November sales up 6.8 percent
Fastenal's sales of $441.0 million for the month of November represented a gain of 6.8 percent from $413.1 million in November 2019.
Daily sales of $22.0 million increased from $20.6 million in the same month last year.
Sales in the United States increased by 5.4 percent, while sales to Canada/Mexico grew by 9.7 percent. Sales to the rest of the world soared by 28.7 percent.
Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, sales of safety products have boosted overall results. In November, sales of safety products grew by 35.9 percent, which compares to a 10.9 percent gain in 2019.
