Both tools are part of the expanding MultiVolt System from Metabo HPT that connect the 18V and 36V line of tools with Metabo HPT’s flexible MultiVolt battery.

The CR18DAQ4 18V MultiVolt One-Handed Reciprocating Saw accepts both 18V batteries and MultiVolt batteries from Metabo HPT for up to 8 Amp hours of runtime per charge. A unique feature of this one-handed recip saw is that it can accept reciprocating saw blades as expected, but also t-shank jig saw blades. This adds convenience and versatility for more detailed cuts like cutting arches in plywood or cutting a 1-1/2” hole in a cavity that is only 6” wide between studs.

The CJ18DAQ4 18V MultiVolt Jig Saw also accepts both 18V batteries and MultiVolt batteries from Metabo HPT for up to 8 Amp hours of runtime per charge. This cordless tool is ideal for those times when users need an easy-to-use jig saw for precision work. It produces 2,500 strokes per minute with a 1-1/32” stroke length to get the job done faster. With 4 speed settings, users can select the best speed depending on the wood being cut.
