Dispense Works' RC Series Robot Conveyor System
Manually filling and handling molds with plastisol and other fluids is often a labor-intensive process that demands significant time and effort. To alleviate this challenge, Dispense Works has created the RC Series Robot Conveyor System, designed to optimize production workflows and improve dispensing accuracy.
The RC Series combines the company's high-performance gantry robot with an integrated slip roller conveyor system. The entire X-Y-Z motion system is mounted above the dispensing plane, enabling the robot to straddle the conveyor, all within a compact and space-saving structure. This modular design can accommodate up to 16 valves, making it an excellent choice for applications involving multiple colors.
Pre-programmed for ease of use, the RC Series system is ready for operation minutes after uncrating. Motion paths can be directly imported from CAD and graphic programs, or users can easily teach the system using the intuitive Jog & Teach function, which allows users to visualize and draw dispensing patterns on the screen while simultaneously teaching the machine. Any file modifications can be made with just a few clicks—no programming experience necessary.
