WILTON is introducing the new Apprentice Vise line, expanding access to the brand’s trusted quality and performance to more makers and pros than ever before.
Engineered to meet the demands of everyday users, the Apprentice Vise series delivers WILTON’s legendary strength and precision – without compromise. Developed from the ground up with direct feedback from end users, these vises feature Wilton’s fully enclosed bullet design for long-term durability, optimal clamp forces, and castings that are two times stronger than standard gray cast iron.*

Key features of the WILTON Apprentice vises include:

- Secure mechanical locking base with 360° swivel
- Uniform clamping pressure across the jaws
- Replaceable jaws made from hardened steel
- Large integrated anvil work surface
- Dual lockdowns and four-bolt mounting pattern
Available in 4 inch and 6 inch models, as well as the versatile 5.5 inch multi-purpose vise, the Apprentice Vise line offers a balance of strength, versatility, and value—ideal for small shop owners, automotive mechanics, and MRO technicians. The 4 inch model (WL1-107) offers up to 6,000 lbs. of clamp force; the 5.5 inch model (WL1-111) and 6 inch model (WL1-109) offer up to 8,300 lbs. of clamp force.
